Shipping Policy

At Mimetiss, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. It is important to note that order processing times are different from the shipping times shown at checkout.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when the order has been shipped.

Possible delays

If you place your order during a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. In addition, delays may occur due to high order volumes or problems with shipping services. We will keep you informed in the event of significant delays.

Rates and estimated times for domestic shipments

When shipping costs are calculated: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

We offer a flat rate of €5.50 for standard shipping to Spain for orders under €20.00. For orders of €20.00 and above, standard shipping is free.

"Standard" shipping option (Spain): 2 to 5 business days, €5.50 (free for orders of €20.00 and above)

International Shipping (EU - European Union)

We offer international shipping to countries within the European Union

"International Express" (EU) shipping option for orders under €20: 2 to 7 business days, €5.50 EUR (free for orders of €20.00 and above)

Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which will be levied once it reaches the destination country. Mimetiss is not responsible for these charges, which, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Local shipping

We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

How do I check the status of my order?

When we ship your order, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contacto@mimetiss.com, stating your name and order number so that we can carry out the relevant checks.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Some carriers apply restrictions on shipping to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical delivery address to avoid issues with the delivery of your order.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding the return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible to contacto@mimetiss.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We handle each incident individually to offer you the most satisfactory solution.
